Why Us?

This is what we do. We have the largest range of Light Up Letters and the largest inventory. We complete a large volume of events, and we operate our business full time, this enables us to give you great prices. You will be getting the best quality Light Up Letters around with Professional representatives and installers. We are fully insured and compliant. Everything we stock is manufactured by us. All of our products are all independently certified to multiple Australian and International standards including but not limited to: CE, RoHS, AS 2208, AS/NZS 5131:2016, AS 1884-2012, along with various testing including; fire tests, waterproof testing and 3rd party compliance testing. We ahem also teamed up with The Dance Floor Co and can organise Dance Floor and Light Up Letter Packages, saving you the $$$. Why Us? Because you know your getting the best, thats why.

Pricing

All Light Up Letters and Products are quoted separately as each and every event is unique. Individual quotes ensure your not over paying and it helps you save on that precious budget! Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to availability. We will beat any written quote on the same item guaranteed. (Does not include Delivery Charges or After Hrs collection, T&C’s apply)

Book It In

To secure your booking all you need to do is pay the deposit amount in your quote, this is a 25% non-refundable payment and will secure your hire items so no one else books it out.

Payments

Your 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, this gives you peace of mind that no one else can book your item, and it will never be double booked! The remainder is due 30 days prior your event. Payment instalments can be arranged, if required.

Delivery/
Collection

This is Included in your quote for peace of mind. Once we have received all the information required for your event, we will liaise directly with the venue and co-ordinators to ensure smooth set-up and pack down. After hours pick up fees do apply between 8pm and 5am if required, all of which will be covered in your tailored quote.

Travel

FREE travel with every booking is within 25kms of the CBD. Locations outside of that radius will be charged at our nominal rate. Locations more than 125km from the CBD will be quoted separately.
